Colin Kaepernick’s works out 6 days a week for about four to five hours a day. He normally breaks his workout routines into two different parts: fieldwork and gym work. 

The fieldwork mostly focuses on cardio, agility, and endurance with drills such as speed ladder, and medicine ball lateral toss.

The second part of the workout consists of strength training such as speed training and bench presses.
