When Driver has prepared for his different movie roles he has had plenty of time to get into shape. One of his workout routines he had to perform for 7 months.

On this workout routine, Adam Driver hits 5 different exercises with a total of 12 reps on each exercise.

1. Deadlift to Squats Thrust (12 reps, repeat)

2. Squat Thrust to Pull-up (12 reps, repeat)

3. Reverse Lunge to Biceps Curls Sequence (12 reps, repeat)

4. Push-up to Side Plank Twist (12 reps, repeat)

5. Clean and Jerk to Shoulder Press to Bent-over Row to Squat Thrust (12 reps, repeat) 


Circuit and Plyometrics Workout Routine

Driver is a big fan of performing different circuits and plyometric routines.

Thanks to his plyometric movements this has improved his mobility. When he hits his circuit routine, he performs supersets that typically involve barbell or dumbbell movements. 


Adam Driver Diet 

Adam Driver always makes sure he sticks to a clean diet, however he prefers to eat whatever he feels like.

When he prepared for his role as Kylo Ren in ‘Star Wars’ he followed a strict lean diet by eating a lot of eggs, vegetables, fruit, and lean proteins.
