Massy Arias moved to Los Angeles when she was 13 years old. Arias didn’t speak English, and she struggled with hunger and severe depression. She went to nursing school but eventually dropped out due to family problems. 

Arias was introduced to fitness by a friend. She created an Instagram account, got her personal training certificate, and offered her personal training services online under ‘Mankofit.’ 

Arias has millions of followers on Instagram, and she has appeared on several magazine covers, such as Women’s Health and Parents. She has a supplement brand titled ‘Tru.’

Unlike many other fitness trainers, she never had any background in fitness. Her depression made her choose the gym, which has saved her life. Her mental agony increased when she got into a relationship with an abusive guy who cheated on her with different women.

Arias is a big fan of focusing on doing core exercises. This type of exercise helps to strengthen your abdominal muscles and build muscle in those areas. Exercises alone without balanced and consistent nutrition won’t help you decrease body fat to reveal your built muscles.

6. Dumbbell low lunge liftoff (5 sets, 5 reps)

7. Down dog hold (1 minute)

8. Single-leg reach (2 sets, 5 reps)

9. Forearm Plank (30 seconds)

10. Wall angels (8 reps)

11. Floor pec stretch (1 minute per side)

12. Supine single-leg hug (1 minute per side)

13. Bench half-knee hold (1 minute per side)

Massy Arias Diet

Massy Arias follows a well-balanced diet, and she loves to eat a lot of vegetables, eggs, complex carbs, and healthy fats.

Arias eats every few hours to keep her metabolism high, and she eats around 5-6 meals each day. She has protein and vegetables with every meal, and she always eats clean.

Besides vegetables, she eats plenty of lean protein in the form of egg whites. When she drinks juice, she makes it out of vegetables. She doesn’t call eating a treat a “cheat,” but she considers it’s a reward for all of her hard work. One of her favorite cheat meals is donuts. When it comes to her supplements, she likes to take pre-workout with creatine.
