Joe Rogan focuses mostly on weightlifting, but he also enjoys MMA training, yoga, and cardio on a weekly basis. Rogan also likes to use recovery techniques by going to sauna sessions and cryotherapy. 

Rogan schedules his workout plan every Sunday and he always makes sure to mix up his workout. Sometimes he hits yoga two times a week and then he can go over to doing weightlifting 3 times a week.
