Kelly Ripa performs this routine to stay in shape and it’s a low impact type of workout. This workout routine comes from the idea that it takes 57 minutes each day to train your whole body. 


AKT Method Workout 

Kelly Ripa hits this AKT workout routine when she’s free from the “Physique 57” routine.

This routine focuses on her full body by doing a lot of cardio. When she does the SoulCycle it focuses on the thighs, legs, and buts.

Kelly Ripa is known for having a slim figure and she has spoken about her lifestyle for many years. Ripa doesn’t drink alcohol which helps her to stay in shape.

However, she is not afraid to treat herself. Sometimes she stays away from her strict diet plan.
