Tuesday: Yoga, Pilates, and Cardio Circuit

On Tuesday, she mixes up her exercise by choosing to do yoga, pilates or cardio and circuit.

1. Jump Ropes (3 sets, 20 reps)

2. Kettlebell Swings (3 sets, 15 reps)

3. Banded Donkey Kicks (3 sets, 10 reps)

4. Straight Leg Deadlifts (3 sets, 5 reps)

Circuit Two:

1. 30 Bicycle Crunches (5 sets, 30 reps)

2. Second Plank (5 sets, 25 seconds)

3. Box Jumps (5 sets, 20 reps)

4. Cable Pull throughs (5 sets, 15 reps)

5. Dumbbell Thrusters (5 sets, 10 reps)

Final Circuit:

1. Alternating Bicep Curls (3 sets, 20 reps)

2. Overhead Tricep Extensions (3 sets, 15 reps)

3. 1 Minute Shadowboxing (3 sets)

 

Wednesday: Run/Walk, Spin, or Dance

On Wednesday, Deutch runs, spins or dances. 

 

Thursday: Yoga, Weight Training, Circuit

On Thursday, Deutch performs yoga, weight training or circuit.

Saturday and Sunday: Rest Day and Meditation/Yoga

On Saturday and Sunday, she rests or has a meditation/yoga day. 

 

Zoey Deutch’s Diet 

Zoey Deutch eats healthy in a normal way. No special diets. She has oatmeal, sometimes an egg with a toast in the morning. She accompanies this with fruit.

For lunch, she has chicken or pasta with veggies.
