Kinnaman enjoys lifting weights, high-intensity cardio, and Brazilian jiu jitsu training. He works with trainers when necessary but also enjoys working out solo to clear his head.

Repeat these exercises until failure.

Joel Kinnaman also uses Tuesday to work on his mixed martial arts skills through Brazilian jiu jitsu.
