Workout Principles

Since 2005, Andressa has continued the intense development of her physique. When she was 22 years old, she decided to further her career by entering the 2006 NABBA Parana Championships in Brazil. She went on the spend a year away from the stage in 2007. She never stopped training in the gym during this time, and she was still determined to achieve her dream to form her dream body.

Eva Andressa doesn’t follow a strict workout plan, and she trains whenever she feels like it’s necessary.

Andressa completes 4 sets of every exercise, training to failure. When she was competing, she typically trained twice a day. During this time, she also focused on aerobics exercises, training for 40 minutes per session. 

Unlike other athletes, Andressa has stopped training her chest, triceps, and biceps since becoming a fitness model. She believes that these parts of her body are at her ideal size. She trains herself twice a day, and on those days she rests, she also sometimes focuses on aerobic exercises.
