Branch Warren is an American bodybuilder from Texas. Warren is an awarded athlete who has won multiple professional competitions in his career. 

Warren’s passion and love for “iron sports” led him to start competing in his first show when he was a teenager and he claimed the 1st place title of the 1992 Teen Mr. America.

Branch Warren normally workout 5 times and he rests on Sundays and Wednesdays. His workout regime features a lot of bodybuilding exercises.

Warren loves cardio and it’s one of his most important part of the workout routine. He likes to get up in the morning to perform his cardio routine for 30 minutes maximum.

Tuesday: Chest

On Tuesday, Warren hits a chest routine by doing 5 different exercises.
